Room was large and comfy. Super nice amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, Dove shampoo and conditioner. Bathrooms were super clean. Staff was friendly, especially the breakfast lady. Indoor pool was fun for the kids, even if it needed some tidying up. Great location close to the city and breakfast saved us money.

holiday inn express provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a pleasant surprise. the shuttle crew went out of their way to accommodate guests and were friendly and helpful. the hotel smelled and looked clean in every respect, and the staff was beyond helpful. the pool lift was great for disabled guests, and the showerhead was awesome. the comfortable beds and excellent location added to the delightful stay. the available shuttle service was great for our 25th wedding anniversary, allowing us to go out and have a drink without worrying about driving. the rooms were very nice, and the provision of clean remotes and wipes was greatly appreciated.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

The free breakfast was a great start to the day, and the complimentary transfer service to Pittsburgh International Airport saved me a lot of trouble. The hotel's catering capabilities were also impressive for planning unique events.
